LOCAL RULE 6.4 - WHICH HAS BEEN AMENDED TO DIRECT PARTIES TO UTILIZE MEDIATION RESOLUTIONS OR A MEDIATOR DESIGNATED BY THE COURT IF PARTIES CANNOT MUTALLY AGREE UPON A MEDIATOR.
