You may come to the Family Division Office and have your forms reviewed for completeness. We ask that you come to the Family Division Room C153 before 3:45 p.m. If you arrive later than that the staff may not be able to review your documents at that time - and may ask that you return another day. No appointment is necessary. We recommend you avoid coming between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm due to staggered lunch breaks for staff.

Please be advised that the Family Division Office MAY NOT give legal advice. Please review the CSR Duties/Limitations regarding what the staff can and cannot do for you. 

Family Legal Clinic
The Family Legal Clinic provides individuals with family court related legal questions with 20 minutes of legal advice with a volunteer attorney. These appointments are reserved for individuals who have accessed the Court Self-Help Center, but are in need of assistance beyond what we can provide. Appointments are limited to 20 minutes. You are limited to 1 Legal Clinic appointment.
