EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 29, 2020 IN THE MATTER OF: COVID-19 OPERATING PLAN FOR THE SCHEDULING OF FAMILY DIVISION PROCEEDINGS  - Review the Family Division Order to understand how matters prioritized in the Special Order will continue to receive priority in addition to how hearings will be conducted remotely.  Below you will find necessary the accompaniment to this order.

EFFECTIVE AS OF MARCH 27, 2020 DURING THE DECLARED PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY - Review the Special Order Relating to the Scheduling of Family Division Proceedings to understand how various matters between the date of this order and May 31, 2020 will be addressed.  Below are the required forms noted in the Special Order Relating to the Scheduling of Family Division Proceedings.
