For a preliminary submittal please provide the following items:

• Permit application form
• Permit review fee 
• Site Map 
• Preliminary Erosion Control Plan 
• Preliminary Stormwater Management Plan

For a final plan submiittal, provide:

• A cover letter responding to any review comments
• Site Map 
• Final Erosion Control Plan 
• Final Stormwater Management Plan
• Final Land Division, if applicable
• Draft Stormwater Maintenance Agreement (Wet Detention or Infiltration)
• Financial Assurance (fee schedule) (may be submitted earlier)

Use the Small Site Stormwater Permit Application link to apply and upload plans for:

• Small site erosion control projects (less than an acre of grading)
• Utility installation erosion control projects
• Treated Impervious Surface (“TIS”) projects

Use the Large Site Stormwater Permit Application link to apply and upload plans for:

• Large site erosion control projects (more than an acre of grading)
• Sites requiring a stormwater management plan
• Sites also requiring WPDES construction site permit coverage

Use the Stormwater Permit Plans & Document Upload for:

• New, conceptual or revised plans
• Completed application documents
