Secure Online Payments for outpatient and family services rendered at HHS

Click "Land Records Purchase" to search online for recorded land records and buy copies with a credit card. 

1. Click "Well Water Sample Test Kit to open the online purchase system. Pick up your kit(s) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

2. Purchase by phone at (262) 896-8300. American Express, Master Card, and Visa are accepted; a handling fee will be applied to the total cost.

Water Samples are accepted Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Samples are NOT accepted on Friday.

These fees are collected by receipt of a physical check. 

1. The Rehabilitation Program requires an application fee for each rehabilitation loan. Checks are held until income qualification is completed. If the application does not get approved, the application fee check is returned to the applicant. If the application is approved, the check gets cashed.

2. In the Down Payment Assistance Program, the Lender pays a fee, which is collected by physical check.

3. Loan closeout payments paid from a Title Company are received by Title Company by physical check.

1. Click "Order a Radon Kit" to open the online purchase system.

2. Purchase a short-term kit by phone at (262) 896-8300. American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa are accepted.

3. Purchase a short-term or long-term kit in-person at Waukesha County's Environmental Health office.

4. Purchase a test kit from a hardware store, supermarket, other retail outlet, or the Southeastern Wisconsin Radon Information Center at (888) LOW-RADON.

Waukesha County charge includes kit and processing at the manufacturer's laboratory. You must supply first-class postage to send the kit to the lab. The lab will send the test results directly to you.

Discovery payments for defendants and defense attorneys.
Invoices are entered by Attorney name and include the clients names and case numbers as well.

Suggested contribution per Home Delivered meal is $6.00. Contributions help offset the cost of Home Delivered Meals Program of ADRC of Waukesha County and are essential to maintaining nutrition services for our community’s older adults. See more home delivered meals information.

The fee for 2025 (effective 1/1/2025) is $233

The Medical Examiner's office accepts payments in the form of check or cash.

A Parks Annual Membership or Daily Permit is required for each vehicle entering a fee-based park.

The Civil, Criminal/Traffic, Family, and Juvenile divisions must charge a statutory fee of $1.25 per page for copies of official court documents. Copies can be certified (stamped as official copies) for an additional $5.00 charge for each document.

The Register in Probate must charge a statutory fee of $1.00 per page for copies of official court documents. Copies can be certified (stamped as official copies) for an additional $3.00 charge for each document.

In Person:
Go to the Circuit Court Division where the case is filed. You will need to know the case number (which may be located on WCCA) or the last name, first name, and date of birth of one of the parties for certain cases. If you do not have this information and you are unable to find the individual or record using a public access computer, you may complete the Record Search form and pay the $5.00 search fee to receive assistance with the record search (this fee is $4.00 in Probate Court). If you would like copies of any pages, DO NOT REMOVE THE PAGES, but place a paperclip on each page of which you want a copy.

By Mail:
Send a written request to the Circuit Court Division where the case is filed. You will need to know the case number or last name and date of birth of one of the parties for certain cases, the specific document or information you need, a self addressed stamped envelope, and a phone number at where the clerk may reach you. If you do not have this information and you are unable to find the information using a public access computer, you may complete the Record Search form and pay the $5.00 search fee to receive assistance with the record search (this fee is $4.00 in Probate Court). Note: Payment in full will be required before your request will be processed.

By Phone:
Call or Fax the Circuit Court Division where the case is filed. You will need to know the case number, or last name, first name, date of birth of one of the parties for certain cases, and the specific document or information you need. The clerk will make arrangements with you for payment and pick-up/delivery, by mail or in person. Note: Payment in full will be required before your request will be processed.
