Public Notice of HOME Project in the City of Waukesha.  Posted on 4/24/26. 

On or about May 11, 2026, the Waukesha County Community Development Division will submit a FONSI/RROF notice to HUD for the release of $400,000 in HOME Funds for the Habitat for Humanity, new construction of two single family homes and one duplex in the City of Waukesha, all will be sold to LMI households. See attached notice for project details and public comment opportunity. The public comment period is open April 24 - May 10, 2026.
