All artwork must be created by the customer. Please follow the specifications below:

Dasher Board Artwork Guidelines:

  • Resolution: High quality (300 dpi or higher)
  • Format: EPS or PDF
  • Dimensions: 33" (height) x 96" (width)
  • Design Tip: Think of your dasher board ad like a roadside billboard - keep the design bold, simple, and easy to read for maximum visibility. We recommend using a white background to help your message stand out. Many advertisers also include a QR code to encourage customer engagement and make it easy for viewers to learn more.

Zamboni Artwork Guidelines:

  • Resolution: High quality (300 dpi or higher)
  • Format: EPS or PDF
  • Recommended Design Area: Approximately 24" (height) × 72" (width) on each side
  • Bleed: Include a 6–8" bleed around the entire design to accommodate the Zamboni's unique contours and ensure proper installation.
  • Design Tip: A mirrored (reflected) design for the left and right sides typically provides the best appearance. We also recommend reviewing straight-on side photos of the Zamboni to better understand the vehicle's shape and how the graphic will wrap around it.

Important Notes:

  • All artwork must be approved by the Waukesha County Parks & Land Use Department prior to installation.
  • Additional fees may apply if artwork is not print-ready.
  • Need design support? Our partner, The Wrap Shop, may be able to assist for an additional fee.
