On Monday, June 1, the Waukesha County Courthouse will expand public access hours to 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The expanded public hours of operation will increase the number of hearings and essential court functions that can be handled daily. The court system will continue to support social distancing and safety measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The Waukesha County Judiciary will temporarily increase the hours for the general public to physically access the Clerk of Courts offices, Register in Probate offices, Juvenile Court, and Circuit Court to the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Residents should be aware that the Waukesha County Jury Program WILL NEVER call and demand that you provide your personal financial information, credit card information, or purchase of gift cards in order to avoid immediate arrest for failure to appear for jury service. If you receive a suspicious phone call or email demanding payment of a fine for failing to appear for jury service, please contact the Waukesha County Clerk of Court's Office at 262-548-7504 and your local law enforcement agency.

Starting the week of January 15, 2018, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department has taken several complaints regarding another SCAM in our area. People are receiving calls from an unknown person stating they are from the Waukesha County Clerk of Courts.

Waukesha will have voluntary e-filing for Probate (PR and IN) case types effective 9/15/17. A mandatory e-filing date for these case types will be established in 2018.
