Emergency Order Issued for Waukesha County Courts in Response to COVID-19

The Waukesha County Circuit Court has published an (amended) Order Regarding Emergency Temporary Measures in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

If you have cases pending in the Waukesha County Courts, or you become a party to a new case in the upcoming weeks, please take note of these new procedures that are in effect from March 13, 2020 until further notice.

Note that the effective dates of the order may be modified depending upon the evolving circumstances regarding the spread of the virus.

Cases will proceed as currently scheduled unless otherwise notified by the Court.
