WAUKESHA COUNTY BIDS WANTED FOR PURCHASE OF EXCESS HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY
Sealed bids will be received until November 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM for the purchase of excess highway right-of-way, including tax key numbers MSKC.2165.984.001 and MSKC.2165.984. Only bids meeting the minimum appraised value of $34,300 will be considered for final sale. All bidders are required to sign and submit the Property Information Sheet with their bid. All sales are subject to approval by the Waukesha County Board of Supervisors at a meeting of the board after November 13, 2026.
