If you would like to place a trail camera in any Waukesha County Park, you must first apply for a Trail Camera Permit. Please apply, using the registration below and completing through the transaction process. Upon County approval, you will then be emailed an official Trail Camera Placement Permit, which will include a Permit Number. This number MUST be added to the trail camera that you place (in a permanent fashion, such as engraving, permanent marker, etc.). At that time, you can place your camera in the location agreed upon. Your permit is good for one year from application date, only in the location that you specified in the application. After one year, if you wish to continue, or if at any time you choose to move the camera, you must complete another application.
