    Do I have to pay to get into the park?
    Yes, park entrance fees apply during the season. You can purchase a Parks annual membership or daily permit to access the park and beer garden up to five days before or after your visit. (Park entrances are not staffed.) An automatic license plate reader will record each vehicle's license plates to validate entry.

    What are the hours of operation?
    The hours of The Tap Yard Beer Gardens are as follows unless otherwise noted:
    Mon - Tues: closed
    Wed - Fri: 4 pm - 9 pm • last call at 8:30 pm
    Sat: noon - 9 pm • last call at 8:30 pm
    Sun: noon - 7 pm • last call at 6:30 pm

    Can I bring my own glass or stein?
    Sorry, no reuse of cups and no refillable steins allowed at The Tap Yard Beer Garden.

    Is outside food permitted?
    Sure! Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome at The Tap Yard Beer Garden. No carry-in alcohol.

    Can I bring my own alcohol?
    No. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. 

    Will there be entertainment?
    Beer garden guests play yard games (Cornhole, Giant Jenga, and Giant Shut The Box) and are welcome to bring their own.

    Can I reserve a table?
    No reservations at this time. Picnic tables are limited, so feel free to bring your own lawn chairs and blankets.

    Will the event be canceled due to weather?
    The Tap Yard may close The Tap Yard Beer Garden due to weather; find out on The Tap Yard Beer Gardens Facebook pages (view Fox Brook ParkMenomonee ParkMinooka Park).

    Can I swim during the event?
    Yes, during swim season. Recommended: Review beach/swimming rules at Waukesha County Parks.

    Can I bring my dog to the beer garden?
    Yes, well-behaved dogs on a maximum 6’ leash at all times are welcome. Recommended: Review dog rules at Waukesha County Parks.

    Can my dog swim during the event?
    Yes, in designated dog swim areas only. During swim time, your dog can be off-leash and under your control at all times Recommended: Review dog swim rules at Waukesha County Parks.

    What are the smoking rules?
    No smoking or vaping within 100 feet of beer gardens. Be considerate and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

    When do you stop serving beer?
    Last call Wednesday through Saturday is at 8:30 pm, and last call on Sunday is 6:30 pm. Parks close at 10 pm, unless otherwise noted.
