Immunizations are provided for a fee ranging from $30 to $150 per vaccine. In addition, a clinic/administration fee of $60 per client will be due at time of service. These fees may not be waived. Payment may be by check, cash, or charge. The following travel vaccines are offered:
Also provided are the routine recommended vaccines for children and adults and prescriptions for anti-malarial drugs.
Who is eligible? The Clinic is open to the public.
Where do I go? The International Travel Clinic is held at the Public Health Center, 514 Riverview Avenue, Waukesha. Call 262-896-8430 for an appointment.*Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in and registration.
