Human trafficking is on the rise in this country, and Wisconsin is not an exception. In fact, numerous sources place Milwaukee in the top five cities popular for human trafficking. It is essential for parents and school personnel to recognize not only the children at risk, but also what the signs of human trafficking are among our youth and how to approach potential victims.
