• The Child Health and Parenting Program is here to help support and educate families with babies or young children. Through a series of home visits, your nurse will provide information on child health and development.
• It is available at no cost to families in Waukesha County.
• Your nurse will connect you with community services, if needed.
• Your nurse will provide your child with developmental and health screenings, height and weight measurements and fluoride varnish treatments.

The Public Health Immunization Clinic is open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call (262) 896-8430. 

The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Monday-Friday. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)

WIC Clinic is open for services by appointment only. For more information call 262-896-8440. Enter thorugh the Public Health main entrance.
