District 3 - John G. Gscheidmeier

As a lifelong resident of Waukesha County, John brings a distinct and balanced perspective, drawing from his extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. His professional journey began with service to his community as an emergency dispatcher, firefighter, public safety instructor, and police officer. John's career subsequently transitioned to real estate, where he now operates as the managing Broker Owner mentoring his own team. In this role, he applies his considerable expertise as an agent and trainer. John's academic background encompasses formal law enforcement training and includes a degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. Outside his professional pursuits, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
