Postponement of Jury Service

You must submit your Juror Qualification Questionnaire before any postponement can be considered.  You may postpone your appearance date ONCE, for up to six (6) months.

Requests for postponement due to a conflict such as school, work, childcare, vacation, business trip, etc. that prevent you from serving the time frame you were summoned may be submitted through the online request to postpone or in writing to the Jury Coordinator at least 10 days prior to scheduled jury service.  

By providing an email address, in your request, you will be notified whether your request has been either granted or denied.  If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact our office. 

Written requests must include your Juror ID number and can be faxed to the Jury Coordinator at 262-896-8228, or mailed to:
