Criminal Traffic Presiding Judge Maria S. Lazar has signed a Notice and Order for All Traffic (TR) and Civil Ordinance/Forfeiture (FO) Cases. This requires that the defendant and/or defense counsel return the Plea Enclosure Form within 21 days of receipt. If seeking a payment plan, you must complete and return the Financial Statement. The Notice of Hearing as to the Return Date is NOT A MANDATORY APPEARANCE. It is only a deadline for you to return the Plea Enclosure Form. NO APPEARANCE IS REQUIRED.
