STAYED UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT - Branch 6 will resume in-person hearings for all persons in all cases, with the exception of defendants who are in custody in institutions in other counties. Please review the Notice and Order for additional information.

Criminal Traffic Presiding Judge Maria S. Lazar has signed a Notice and Order for All Traffic (TR) and Civil Ordinance/Forfeiture (FO) Cases.  This requires that the defendant and/or defense counsel return the Plea Enclosure Form within 21 days of receipt.  If seeking a payment plan, you must complete and return the Financial StatementThe Notice of Hearing as to the Return Date is NOT A MANDATORY APPEARANCE.  It is only a deadline for you to return the Plea Enclosure Form.  NO APPEARANCE IS REQUIRED.

Defendant or their counsel will be required to complete and file a Plea Enclosure Form within 21 days from receipt of the form in lieu of an appearance.  Please see the Notice and Order above for more information regarding this process.
