The Court views the obligation to pay fines, forfeitures, costs, surcharges, assessments, fees, restitution, and reimbursements seriously and expects payment in full on the day of imposition.
If a defendant fails to pay any court ordered financial obligation by date specified, a civil judgment shall be entered against the defendant for defaulted amount plus a $15.00 administrative fee. Said account shall be turned over to collections.When a civil judgment has been paid in full, it can be satisfied by paying a $5.00 Satisfaction Fee at the Circuit Courts Business Center.

For Online payment on any case(s) with probation or extended supervision: Payments MUST be made through the Department of Corrections, and NOT to CCAP or directly through the Clerk of Courts.

Court costs, restitution or Supervision fees. If Restitution is due, that will be the default to any payments made. If no Restitution is due, you can choose to make a payment on Court Costs or Supervision Fees. |
