- $75 Clinic Fee (Cash, charge or check accepted, insurance doesn't cover this)
- You do NOT have to be a Waukesha County resident to receive services
- Anti-Malaria prescriptions provided based on nurse assessment. It is best for travelers to schedule an appointment 4-6 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling & adequate immunization protection. If you require a quicker turnaround, please call to check availability at 262-896-8430, option 3.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in and registration
- If coming from a different state, or outside of the United States, please bring written immunization records, if available.
