Partner Toolkit - Help Share the Community Health Survey

Community health is a shared effort, and your voice helps us reach more people. Waukesha County Public Health invites our partners to help promote the 2026 Community Health Survey across your networks.

To make this easy, we’ve created a set of ready-to-use graphics and messaging available here. These materials are designed for social media, newsletters, websites, and other outreach channels, so you can quickly share and encourage participation.

Together, we can reach more residents, gather meaningful input, and help shape the future of health in Waukesha County.
