Waukesha County

Wisconsin's recycling law requires every citizen in Wisconsin to recycle materials that are banned from landfills.  This law also applies to businesses, institutions, and special events.

Recycling Law & Waukesha County Ordinance

The Waukesha County Recycling Ordinance requires the administration of an effective recycling program for all cities, towns, and villages in Waukesha County for which Waukesha County is the Responsible Unit.
