The Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health inspects and licenses restaurants and retail food establishments.
Before constructing, remodeling or renovating an establishment or facility licensed by the Division of Environmental Health, Waukesha County Code requires that detailed plans be submitted for review.
One copy of the plans should be sent to: The Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health.
