Labor and Employee Relations

The Department of Administration Human Resources Division is responsible for the negotiations and administration of the labor agreement between the County and the Waukesha Deputy Sheriff's Labor Union (WDSLU). In addition to the collective bargaining function, the staff in the division is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the labor contract and the processing of employee grievances and appeals.
