What We Do

The Human Resources Division is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources function for the County. The staff provides support and direction to the management of County departments and approximately 1,800 regular and seasonal employees. Services include employment, collective bargaining, contract administration, employee benefits, training and development, employee retention, human resources infrastructure systems, policy and procedures, legal compliance, and employee wellness.
