The Waukesha County Collections Division is pleased to offer the convenience of online payments through CitePay, a secure, web-based payment portal. With this service, citizens who want to pay debt obligations can do so online 24/7.

Customers need only to log on to CitePay with their debtor number for example: 8######## to begin the process. If unable to locate debt obligation information with this initial search, users will be directed to the Waukesha County Collections Division for assistance.

CitePay allows you to choose a payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) to complete your transaction, and after payment your receipt can be printed, or sent to you by email.

Is there a fee?
All credit or debit card transactions are subject to a convenience fee of 2.75%, assessed by a third-party payment processor. Credit card payments also require the billing zip code and CVV code located on the back of the credit card.
