Into the Woods

Join a naturalist on a hike to identify native trees and plants, their many uses and their importance to our ecosystem. Identify useful things made from wood. Use growth rings to tell a tree’s life story and learn about the function of tree bark. Requirements 1-4 and 6-7 will be completed during this program.

$7.00 per scout, minimum of 20 scouts per program required. Programs must be paid in full at time of booking.
Programs must be scheduled to begin at or before 4 or 4:30 pm (depending on season), Mon.-Thurs. (An occasional Fri. or Sat. date may be available.)
Minimum 1 chaperone per 10 scouts is required. No charge to chaperones.
