Shapes in Nature

Nature is a talented artist! It uses patterns, based in math, in many creations. In this badge, we will explore patterns found in nature, learn about symmetry, examine bilateral symmetry in leaves, make circular ephemeral art with natural objects, find factals in nature and seek out spirals formed by the Fibonacci sequence.

$7.00 per scout, minimum of 20 scouts per program required. Programs must be paid in full at time of booking.
Programs must be scheduled to begin at or before 4 or 4:30 pm (depending on season), Mon.-Thurs. (An occasional Fri. or Sat. date may be available.)
Minimum 1 chaperone per 10 scouts is required. No charge to chaperones.
