Preview the show Cosmic Colors: Adventures Along a Spectrum and watch Losing the Dark, followed by a local star talk. Add-on options are available.

$6.00 per seat (chaperones and scouts), minimum charge for 20 seats per program. Programs must be paid in full at time of booking.

To complete the badge, there are additional options and some have additional fees. For an additional fee of $3 per person which includes supplies, the scout will be trained on astrophotography (3). Clear sky options include attending one of the planetariums public skywatches, which are free of charge but donations are accepted (4) or for an additional charge of $3 per person (smaller size classes are required) you can share the sky using our binoculars and telescopes (4). Dr. Bob Benjamin or one of his students will introduce and explain a variety of citizen science projects that you can become a part of to fulfill step 5 (an additional charge of $3 will be assessed. Any of these options is an additional 30 - 45 minutes (minimum).
