Robert Kolb was raised in Waukesha County, where he also chose to raise his daughter, continuing a family tradition of deep roots in the community. He serves as the president of a family-owned company that has been a staple in Waukesha County since its inception in 1967. Following in his father's footsteps, Robert was elected to the Waukesha Board, where he had the unique opportunity to serve alongside his father for six months. Outside of his professional and civic duties, Robert enjoys spending his free time fishing.
