Waukesha County Health Screening Program

** The Health Screening program for 2026 has ended as of 09/30/2026.  Details for the 2027 program will be released in January 2027.

The County’s Health Screening Program (formerly HRA Program) is voluntary for employees and spouses enrolled in the County’s health insurance and consists of completion of a biometric screening to earn the health plan incentive for 2026.
