The Village of Mukwonago is a growing community with more than 7,300 residents. With new leadership, the Village asked UW-Extension to facilitate a strategic planning process. All trustees and departments participated in the process.
As a result, The Village of Mukwonago’s 2016-2018 Strategic Plan Directions was written to help guid e decision-making by addressing the three prioritized strategic issues: levy limits, village growth and effective collaborations
