The Waukesha County Government Complex is located at the intersection of Highway J (Pewaukee Road) and Moreland Boulevard in the City of Waukesha, Wisconsin, directly west of Milwaukee County and 100 miles northwest of Chicago.

All courtrooms are open to the public to attend and observe, whether the parties are appearing in person or remotely, unless the hearing is confidential as provided for under the law.
Waukesha County Courthouse hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm weekdays.
