Garden Rental Opportunity at Waukesha County Rental Gardens

With stay at home orders still in place and uncertainty over when the COVID-19 pandemic will end, gardening may be a way to enjoy the outdoors while growing your own food. If you don’t have space to garden at your residence, the Waukesha County Rental Gardens have garden plots available to rent for the 2020 gardening season.

Located just east of the intersection of Northview Road and Grandview Boulevard in the city of Waukesha, the Waukesha Rental Gardens offers annual garden rentals. Garden plots can be rented in the traditional or organic garden to grow vegetables, fruits, and flowers.

The cost of a 20’ X 20’ plot is $50. The cost includes plowing in the spring and water provided throughout the growing season. Additional information can be found online at https://fyi.extension.wisc.edu/community-gardens/. Garden plot reservation form and payment is required prior to gardening.
