January 2027 Judicial Rotation

Effective January 1, 2027:

Per 26-SO-21 (67), all Drug Treatment Court cases previously assigned to the Honorable David W. Maas, Circuit Court Judge Branch 4, will be assigned to the Honorable Michael J. Aprahamian, Circuit Court Judge Branch 9.

Per 26-SO-22 (67), all OWI Treatment Court cases previously assigned to the Honorable Jack A. Pitzo, Circuit Court Judge Branch 12, will be assigned to the Honorable Michael J. Aprahamian, Circuit Court Judge Branch 9.

Per 26-SO-23 (67), all Criminal cases previously assigned to the Honorable Michael J. Aprahamian, Circuit Court Judge Branch 9, including specific assignments, will be assigned to the Honorable Jack A. Pitzo, Circuit Court Judge Branch 12 in courtroom 3-1300.  Additionally, all Family cases previously assigned to the Honorable Jack A. Pitzo, Circuit Court Judge Branch 12, including specific assignments, will be assigned to the Honorable Michael J. Aprahamian, Circuit Court Judge Branch 9 in courtroom 2-1100.
