Community Input Sought on Top 3 Health Priorities for Waukesha County


The Waukesha County Community Health Improvement Plan and Process (CHIPP) Steering Committee invites Waukesha County residents to a drop-in Open House on Wednesday, August 9th at the Waukesha County Expo Center, 1000 Northview Rd, Waukesha. A fun, interactive voting process will occur between 3–5 p.m. to help determine Waukesha County’s health-related priority areas for the next 4 years.                         Currently-identified 6 Health-Related Priorities: Alcohol, Communicable Diseases, Healthcare Navigation, Mental Health, Nutrition & Physical Activity, Opiates/Heroin

                        3 – 5 p.m. Drop-in Open House format. 15-20 minute process.

 WHERE:        Waukesha County Expo Center, 1000 Northview Rd, Waukesha

 WHY:             The Waukesha County Community Health Improvement Plan and Process (CHIPP) Steering Committee is currently assessing community health in Waukesha County. This process occurs every five years through systematic collection and analysis of health-related data. The findings will help prioritize health improvement plans in Waukesha County.
