Waukesha County Celebrates National Adoption Day

Friday, November 10, 2023,Waukesha County celebrated National Adoption Day with a special adoption event at the Waukesha County Juvenile Courthouse, a division of the Waukesha County Circuit Court. The event began with a presentation from county and community leaders, followed by an adoption ceremony. The event highlights a collective effort to raise awareness and celebrate the adoptions of children from foster care.

"National Adoption Day is a powerful reminder of the difference we can make in the lives of children in foster care. We commend the dedicated efforts of our community, and we continue to work towards finding loving homes for every child who needs one,” County Executive Paul Farrow said.
