Stick-and-Puck Sessions

"Stick-and-puck sessions" are designed for hockey players to practice individually.

The cost is $10 per player/goalie per session.

  • All ages and skill levels are welcome!
  • Players age 12 or younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult at the arena.
  • Adult hockey players: practice on the east (scoreboard) side of the rink.
  • Youth hockey players (and supervising adults): practice on the west side of the rink.
  • No pick-up games, organized practices, or private coaching instruction are allowed during these sessions.

  • Each player must register online; no walk-in allowed. Click the button below to register.

  • Each session will have a maximum of 20 players on the ice.
  • Sessions may be canceled if no players are registered online.


Adult Open Hockey

Adult Open Hockey sessions are offered on weekday mornings for adult players to play full-ice pick-up games.

The cost is $10 per player per session; Goalies skate free. 

  • Must be 18-years-old or older to participate.
  • Helmet and full hockey equipment required.

Ice Time for Small Group Hockey Lessons:

Eble Park Ice Arena offers "Coaches' Ice" throughout various times of the year. Coaches' Ice is designated ice time for certified hockey coaches/instructors to train with a small group of skaters.

Coaches' ice sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each coach will have 1/2 of the ice surface for their group to train. Group size should be no more than 20 skaters.

Cost:

The cost per session is $100.00. This is a flat fee for the entire group.


Reserving Time:
  • Coaches' Ice sessions is available during various times of the year. All sessions will be posted online via our online registration system.
  • Each coach (or representative from the training group) is required to reserve and pay for their ice time online in advance.
  • No walk-ins are allowed.
  • Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 
 
 
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
  • Coaches who are unable to attend their reserved session should email [email protected].
  • No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  • Refunds will be applied to Waukesha County Park System's account, which can be used toward other sessions.
Requirements for Sessions:

By reserving this ice session, each coach are expected to adhere to the following policies:

  • Coaches are responsible for ensuring every skater signs a liability waiver with Waukesha County.
  • Coaches are responsible for ensuring their skaters are following arena rules.
  • Coaches are required to be mindful and respectful of other groups on the ice.
  • Arena equipment (nets, cones, barricades, etc.) may be used during these sessions. It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure all equipment to the proper location when the session is complete.
  • Coaches are required to be mindful and respectful of other groups on the ice.
  • Groups who fail to comply will not be allowed to participate in future sessions.
