Inmate Account Deposits:

Money may be deposited into inmate accounts via U.S. mail (see information below) or utilizing the public lobby kiosk. The public lobby kiosk is available to access during normal visitation hours as identified above. Cash may be deposited, as well as utilizing a credit card (Master Card or Visa) or debit card. The money is deposited immediately into the inmate's account and is available for use upon deposit. Deposits made utilizing the kiosk will result in a service fee to the kiosk vendor for each deposit as follows:

$5.00 to $20.00 = $3.95 fee

$20.01 to $100.00 = $4.95 fee

$100.01 to $200.00 = $5.95 fee

The Waukesha County Jail will not accept inmate funds addressed to a specific inmate. Inmate funds are to be mailed separately from inmate personal mail. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. All inmate funds must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order and be addressed to:

Certified/cashier's checks or money orders much be filled out as follow:

Pay to the order of: Waukesha County Jail FBO Inmate's Name
[i.e. Waukesha County Jail FBO John Doe]

Once the funds have been received and posted to the inmate account, the inmate will receive a receipt for the transaction.

The other option available to make a deposit on an inmate's account, in addition to mailing funds for an inmate, is via Connect Network.  Connect Network can be accessed online at www.ConnectNetwork.com

To add money for an inmate to Call Out to a Specific Phone Number, Click “Advanced Pay.” Money can also be added via phone at: 800-483-8314.

To add money to an inmate’s general phone account / commissary (Trust Fund), Click: “Find Our FacilityWaukesha County Jail. Click: “Trust Fund”. Obtain the Correctional Facility site ID: 206, the inmate’s date of birth and Last Name. After initial set up, money can also be added via phone at: 888-988-4768 on an automated system.

  • Site ID #206 (for commissary account deposits)


There is a fee associated with making a deposit on an inmate's account using Connect Network. The fee is determined by the company and is not set by the Waukesha County Jail.

 

Friends and family may purchase special commissary packs for inmates housed in County Jail Pods 3 and 6-9, as well as the Huber Facility, by accessing the iCare website (www.icaregifts.com).
