Waukesha County Airport/Crites Field hosts many events in the aviation community – fostering friendships between pilots and aviation enthusiasts, and, of course, providing opportunities to enjoy the magic of flight as much as possible.


January 22nd, 10am-2pm

-Sip yummy Hot Chocolate and learn about aiviation history in the museum.

-Fix'n'Fly Passport for Kids

-Young Eagle Rides (see below to register)!

-Learn about drones.

-Celebrate in your best flannel with so much more!

Location: Airport Terminal 


There is no charge for Young Eagle flights!

Young Eagle Flights are open to youth ages 8 through 17.

Pre-registration is highly recommended; pre-registered flyers are given priority over non-registered, walk-up attendees.

Please note, flights are on a first come first served basis within the timeslot the youth signed up to attend.

A parent or legal guardian must sign a registration form for each child.

Events are weather dependent.

Food Truck Friday 

Waukesha County Airport/Crites Field will host two food trucks each Friday, Memorial Day - Labor Day from 11am-1:30pm. at the Terminal Building, 2525 Aviation Drive. 

If you or anyone you know has a food truck or is part of a non-profit organization looking for a fundraising opportunity please contact Maddie Glisson for more information.  

We encourage take-out and will be abiding by the CDC's Social Distancing guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/social-distancing.html).

For your drive-in convenience you can tune into aircraft and traffic communication on 101.3 on your radio.
