The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office shall serve all citizens of Waukesha County by maintaining and providing the quality means and services necessary to protect life and property through the fair and impartial enforcement of federal, state and local laws.
To preserve the safety and security of the community, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office shall make every effort to provide the citizens of Waukesha County with the best law enforcement services possible and shall endeavor to treat all citizens with dignity and respect.
To these ends, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office is committed to not only its traditional and time-honored statutory responsibilities, but to the maintenance of a visible presence to the citizens in the community as a full-service law enforcement agency, devoted to the preservation of their safety and security.

29th Annual Waukesha County Sheriff's K-9 Motorcycle Ride
Join us for the 29th Annual Waukesha County Sheriff’s K-9 Motorcycle Ride on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. at the North County Public Parking Lot, 515 W. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The ride departs at 10:00 a.m. and concludes around 1:00 p.m. at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson for the annual fundraiser featuring food, beverages, live music, raffles, and more.
Registration is $25 per driver / $15 per passenger before July 5 and $30 per driver / $20 per passenger after July 5. Participants can also join the after-ride fundraiser only for $10 per person.
The event includes a police-escorted ride, K-9 demo, raffle prizes, and after-ride fundraiser. The first 100 registered riders receive a ride pin, and anyone who donates $150 or more rides free. New this year: food provided by Bangin’ Burgers, with a $15 voucher given at registration.
All proceeds benefit the Waukesha Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit Fund.
