Welcome to the Public Access Document Search launch page. If you are interested in locating a specific land record document, you've come to the right place. Using the tools below, you will be able to find douments such as: deeds, mortgage, land contracts, subdivision plats, plat of surveys, condominium plats, storm water agreements, and much much more. Note: Documents are available back to 1915. However, it is currently only searchable back to 1994. To bring up documents from 1915-1994, you'll have to know the specific document location information (ie: document/instrument number, volume/page, or reel/image).
Regarding Name Searching:
County ordinance prohibits online searching by name. If you need to perform a name search you must come into the Register of Deeds office. Searches must be done using the legal description of the property. Addresses and tax key numbers will not work. Please read the guide for more information.
