Airport Height
A permit is required to regulate the use of property and restricts the height of structures, including cranes, within certain distances of the Waukesha County Airport (aka Crites Field) boundaries:
A permit is required for objects that are 35 ft. or higher above ground level within 1/2 mile of the airport boundary or 50 ft. or higher above ground level between 1/2 mile and 3 miles from the airport boundary.
Objects within an aviation easement must also adhere to easement requirements.
