County Development Plan
The planning process coordinated comprehensive development planning between the 37 municipalities in the County, the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and Waukesha County to develop a plan that addressed countywide issues and local concerns, improve intergovernmental cooperation and utilize resources efficiently.
The best way to view County Development Plan map designations for a property is in the interactive format provided with the County GIS Viewer. Under Layers, check "Land Use", right click on property, identify features, under results click "County Development Plan".
