Child Support Payments
Effective January 1, 2026, payors are no longer able to choose which court case their payment is applied to unless the payment is a purge, lien, cost, or R&D payment. This policy change is directed by the Bureau of Child Support (BCS) to comply with Federal regulations and State law.
