Waukesha County Child Support Agency provides free case management services to parents or legal guardians, assisting with locating absent parents and financial assets, genetic testing, legal paperwork for paternity and support orders, child health insurance, and income withholding arrangements.

Child Support Payments
Starting January 1, 2026, Payors will no longer be allow to choose which court case their payment goes to. This change in policy aligns with federal regulations and state law regarding payment distribution, and does not affect lien, purge, cost, and receipt & disbursement (R&D) coupons.
