County Board Seeks Applicants for District 3

WAUKESHA COUNTY BOARD SEEKING APPLICANTS TO FILL VACANCY IN DISTRICT 3
Waukesha, WI – The Waukesha County Board is seeking individuals to apply for the District 3 County Board seat. This opportunity arises due to the unexpected passing of Richard Morris, a committed public servant who will be greatly missed.
Applicants must live in the 3rd District, which includes the Village of Merton, portions of the Town of Merton and portions of the Village of Lisbon. A map of the district is available here: Waukesha County Board District 3.
County Board Supervisors play a vital role in representing their district and shaping county policies. They serve on committees, participate in budget discussions, and vote on important issues affecting Waukesha County residents. We are looking for a passionate and engaged individual with a strong desire to serve their community.

Candidates will be interviewed the morning of June 16 by the County Board’s Executive Committee. The selected candidate will serve on two committees and fill the remainder of the term which expires in April of 2026.
