How Training Needs Are Identified

Using the Whole-Community approach, Waukesha County Emergency Management develops the Waukesha County Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) annually, focusing on a three-year cycle. This plan outlines preparedness priorities and the steps needed to build and sustain our capabilities, tailored to our communities' preparedness needs. The plan provides direction for planning, organizing, equipping, training, and exercising that support our preparedness and response capabilities, as well as those of our partners across Waukesha County.
