Effective January 1, 2026, payors are no longer able to choose which court case their payment is applied to unless the payment is a purge, lien, cost, or R&D payment. This policy change is directed by the Bureau of Child Support (BCS) to comply with Federal regulations and State law.
F - Mail this form along with your check or money order (payable to WI SCTF) for your first child support payment(s).
N - Use this coupon to pay your support if your employer is not withholding support payments, if you are unemployed or just starting a new job, or to pay towards past-due support.
C - To pay court-ordered cost debts (for example, birth costs, court costs, genetic-test costs, etc).
R&D - This is the Receipt & Disbursement (R&D) Fees coupon. Use this coupon to pay your yearly R&D fee, and R&D fees from prior years.
