The Planner of the Day is available by phone, email or virtual meeting appointments.

The Planning & Zoning Division provides assistance to those seeking to improve or develop their properties and administers the county land use plan and zoning ordinances.  Our office primarily serves the unincorporated areas of the county and provides community assistance planning services, supports economic development and administers farmland preservation, shoreland protection and floodplain ordinances.
