THE VILLAGE OF MERTON WON THE 2009 CHALLENGE
with a recycling rate of 26.9%! That means that residents recycled about three pounds for every 10 pounds of trash thrown away. This is the 2nd year that the Village of Merton has won this award, being the recipient of the 1st year award in 2007. Congratulations!
